Chef Brian Moore has over 30 years of cooking experience. Originally from North Carolina, his southern flare and low country inspiration comes through in an elegant high country dining experience. Refining his skills under Michelin star Chef Joe Miller in Venice, California, and learning the best low country cuisine from legendary Chef Keith Rhodes in Wilmington North Carolina.

Chef Moore focuses on seasonal farm table cuisine using traditional flavor profiles with modern cooking techniques showcasing seasonal ingredients, fresh seafood, and proteins. Defining Chef Brian Moore's style in one sentence is “contemporary soul food where the secret ingredient is love.”
